Marking truck

The main equipment is with features as below: 

1. Compare to other type marking equipment, marking truck is with large capacity material container and glass bead container, which can ensure long distance marking without any interruption. Being equipped with rolling-type stirring system in the container can ensure the sufficient mixture of the heated paint, therefore, the melted paint in the container will be stable in structure and uniform. The marking efficiency will be improved.

2. Equipped with microcomputer control system and LCD display. The machine can be accurately operated according to line standard and executing request. The marking job is full automatic. Meanwhile, customized functions such as paint dosage test & print, marking length and marking area test & print, real-time location when executing, marking thickness reminding, remote operation for marking job, or marking type input digitalization is available. 

3. Auxiliary functions such as headlamp caution screen, multi-position adjustable seat, and safety cone fold and unfold structure meets the safety protection standard ensures the conformability, security and practicability of marking jobs.

4. By changing functional system and paint container, shift between high pressure airless spraying, 2-component cold plastic spraying, air spraying, thermoplastic (2-component) spraying, thermoplastic (2-component) extrusion, thermoplastic (2-component) screeding, and pre-mark are all available according to customer requirement. It is very easy to realize one machine for multiple uses.

TT-Q50 Series Marking Truck

It belongs to small marking truck. The equipment is with multiple functions, although the executing capability is limit, the marking paint type is superior. While due to the container volume is small, the continuous executing ability is weak. It is mainly suitable for marking jobs of short-distance, low executing capacity, and superior marking type.
